Schools Garden at Cambridge University Botanic Garden
I recently designed this layout for the proposed Schools Garden, offering a variety of learning spaces carefully worked around the existing vegetation. The intention is to provide an exemplary garden containing many elements which schools may wish to re-create in their own grounds, and to create a secure horticultural teaching area where local schools can encourage pupils to develop an interest in growing plants. The garden is being constructed by a combination of contractors and volunteers.
